This allows you to concentrate on promoting your business and gaining new listings rather than speculating on potential incomes and accounting for fall out rates. It allows customers to make significant savings over traditional style fees and budget for their personal needs. Everybody wins!

However I-Agents are able to offer the same services as a traditional agent too, so if you find a focus on traditional commission based fees is right for you in your area, you are free to do so.
