As an I-Agent franchise, you can combine the best aspects of traditional style estate agency practices with the latest technology of an internet listings service. We provide everything a 'normal' estate agent can but also much, much more.

I-Agent offers a range of 'service plans', ranging from £79*, to suit all budgets and objectives. Our customers can do as little or as much of the work as they want, and can elect to leave out any services they do not need. Alternatively they can add to these services using our online store as and when necessary.

We aim to offer clients a more transparent approach to home selling; concise, detailed information, clearly explained packages and optional service upgrades. With the I-Agent model, you can eliminate a level of uncertainty from the business and concentrate on your marketing and promotional efforts to gain more customers.
